European Lymph Drainage Massage This healing massage combines the movements of Lymphatic Drainage and a relaxing European massage. This technique is great for people who want to; lose weight, are on a detox program, elderly, very young, pre or post surgery, very thin, health conditions or would just prefer a nice relaxing massage.
Chair Massage This short soothing, restorative comprehensive massage focuses on relaxing your neck, shoulders, back and arms hair massage promotes better circulation and muscle stimulation, reduces tension in the back, neck and shoulders, providing deep relaxation. The client remains fully clothed and no oils are used .This can be combined with reflexology or other treatments.
Table Shiatsu Shiatsu is performed with the client fully dressed, covered with a blanket, while relaxing on a padded massage table. No oil is used. Sustained, comfortable pressure is applied with thumbs, fingers, palms and elbows to points along the entire body. Gentle stretches are also incorporated to loosen up the joints.
Reflexology Reflexology is a holistic treatment based on the theory that there are "reflex" areas on the foot and hand that correspond to every area of the body. Reflexologists believe that applying pressure to these areas on the foot or hand stimulates the related body regions, glands or organs to promote healing through energetic pathways.. The treatment, however, is used primarily to stimulate circulation, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.
